1. General Refund Policy
DirectPay is a technology platform that facilitates payment transactions between merchants and customers. As such, we act as an intermediary and do not directly sell any products or services to end users.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the individual merchant from whom you purchased the product or service. DirectPay does not issue refunds on behalf of merchants unless explicitly authorized.
2. Refund Requests
For Customers:
- Contact the merchant directly to request a refund.
- If the merchant approves the refund and authorizes DirectPay to process it, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method, subject to applicable terms.
For Merchants:
- Merchants may request a refund on behalf of their customers by submitting a refund request through their dashboard or contacting our support team.
- Refunds will only be processed for settled transactions and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
